Can I use different designs in different recesses?
Yes. Each opening can have its own pattern, colour and orientation. You can also duplicate an opening or apply one finish across the whole project.
Do I pay when I submit my measurements?
No. Submission starts production review. Payment only becomes available once your specification and final quote are approved.
When can I see trade prices?
After your trade account is manually approved. Pending trade accounts can still browse, configure, visualise and save projects using retail pricing.
Can I show a customer without revealing my trade cost?
Yes. Open Customer View from a saved trade project. Your trade price and private margin are hidden. You can show your own selling price or no price at all.
How accurate is the visualiser?
The instant preview is a perspective-aware approximation. Enhanced renders are also illustrative. Screen colour, lighting and final material appearance may differ.
What happens if my opening isn’t square?
Take three width and three height measurements and add them in advanced measurements. The studio will review the measurements before approving manufacturing dimensions.
Are these inserts suitable next to a fireplace?
Suitability depends on the material, installation and heat-source clearance. No fire rating or heat suitability is claimed. Obtain verified product guidance before installing near heat sources.
Are the catalogue designs physically validated?
The seeded catalogue contains concept designs. Geometry, material performance and manufacturing suitability need validation before they are offered as production products.
